Solution for post-gig aches and pains . . .

In my classic rock bar band, we're all in our 40s and 50s. After the last out-of-town gig, we're back at the room at 2:00 a.m., sitting around the table, trying to come down enough to go to sleep,

The drummer is complaining about various aches and pains. He asks the band, "Anyone have any suggestions?"

Our usually quiet guitarist says, "Triactin."

The drummer says, "Triactin?"

The guitarist says, "Yeah Try actin' like a grown-up and quit whining!"

We all cracked up. "Triactin" is now the answer for almost any complaint!

That's pretty good. I'll have to use that...

I do have to say, though. Stretching is good for you.
