I just got a gig playing trombone with one of the local symphonies

I apparently am on loan from the TCC concert band to the TCC Signature Symphony to play Mussorgsky's Great Gate of Kiev

ill be playing on 9/8 at 8pm 9/12 9pm 9/13 8pm

this should be fun. not to mention i get to be in the balcony for the rest of the show

it was one of those right place at the right time things too. i was practicing in one of the campus practice rooms, when the concert band director sneaked up behind me and handed me the music.

the dude has practically been my pimp this year.

i have a week to get the chart up to speed and to get used to reading tenor clef
