Tonight is the night of the concert!

Ok, basically, my band fired our old drummer (due to "technical and professional difficulties") and have been working with a new guy who is phenomenal. Having gotten 5 songs down, we decided we want to play and show off our new addition. Unfortunately, we have no stage to go to, so we decided "screw it, we'll make our own gig." So now we've decided to do a basement show tonight. We have invited all our friends and the gig is set for 9:30-10 tonight. Basically, I'm really excited and am looking forward to playing live again. Ha, the gig is 11 hours away, and I'm already kinda nervous. (in that good, "I'm gonna play live" sorta way.") Pics and after-show stories coming!!

Great time, great people, (IMO) great music and best of all, our first show as a new band!

Whoooo!!! Well, the gig went phenomenally. The crowd was more than awesome. The music went practically flawlessly, and the keg paid for itself. Also, I had an absolute ball, as after the gig, I got compliment after complement about my playing, about my tone, about the music, about everything. I seriously had more fun at this show than every other show I've ever had in my entire life. I am so pumped.
