There's this cute chick in one of my classes... at least i thought she was cute until I heard her sneeze today... It was probably the loudest most obnoxious sneeze i've ever hear.. it was like a powerful man-sneeze combined with a loud EEEAAAHHHHOOHHHHHH.
Oh, and if ur on stage.. sneeze into the mic.

For the topic,I hold my breath, works fine for me.

| | | | If you are playing something metal, gather mucus in the back of your mouth, tilt your head back and let it go. If you like Children of Bodom you know what i'm talking about. It looks sweet. |

Sam | I'm not 12. I'm 25. Nothing sexy about a girl with a vulgar man-sneeze.
I'm takin a summer class.. Cost Accounting.. fun stuff! It's every day for 4 weeks. Btw, she's been on a sneeze rampage today as well.

Sam | You can leap frog over the sneeze and straight to the fart by catching it as it's leaving your mouth by closing your lips and swallowing the air.

Sam | Absolutely - that air has to go somewhere, there's about a 40% chance that the air swallowed will take the rear exit

Otherwise, I never really sneeze, I hold it back and it sounds like a really short muffled grunt and nothing comes out. Aparently it's bad for you, but so are most of the things I do.

This happens to me more frequently than I'd like to admit. I generally turn around, and if possible, bend at the knees...makes the flying spittle a bit less noticeable.
BTW - be wary of just turning your head to sneeze. I sprained my neck doing that once. Brutal pain for four days! |

Let it rip while playing open string with one hand. If you need to do any wiping, use this oportunity to look like your doing a "wipe brow" move quickly, and back into the groove. |

| | | I smack the strings like a djembe for the duration of the sneeze. Has to come at the right moment but you can hold it a couple of seconds and wait for it, then smack those strings
Works well generally, if my timing isnt too crappy. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
