If you ask the Mrs what she wants for Christmas and she replies with “Ooooh, a Sat Nav would be nice”, do NOT respond with any of the following if you hoping for some new musical equipment (or sex) in the next 15 years:
1. What do you need a Sat Nav for? You're always too busy at home baby-sitting or doing the washing and clearing up to go anywhere.
2. You don’t follow directions from me, why would it be any different if they were coming from a complete stranger?
3. I don’t think they have maps of our kitchen.

also I don't have to worry about any of the 3
1 - she works while I stay at home.
2 - I'm new to the area and have no idea how to get around so she gives me directions anywhere I go.
3 - I do the cooking ( hey she finally stopped puking after the first 3 bites!).
Anyway I was going to get her acoustic refinished, because apparantly the cats thought of it as a scratching post but then I found out it'd be roughly 600 dollars :/. time for plan B i think.

| | | I actually got my Wife a large TV for the house, much larger than I would've gotten by myself, I probably would've spent the money on an MIA Fender if had I been single. Of course it will be good for her to see the cooking channel from in the kitchen with the pots and pans I got her too |

Make a funny looking character, build him a house made out of hedges and give him nothing but a bar, a BBQ and a pool. Long before he dies I lose interest.
Although, if she ticks you off, here is a great way to get back at her. Put her sim kids in a room with a fireplace and remove the door, then make them start a fire. They'll resist at first, but eventually they break down.

My cat decided my mom's $200 vase would look better smashed on the floor.
