I know I posted this here before on some thread, but its a good story:

We were in a little club- we were doing cover stuff and kind of jam bandish stuff and except for me, everyone in the band were completely sloshed.

One of our guitarists was plastered and could not continue by the third set so he handed me his guitar and wandered off .
So this was a bit weird- but nowhere near weird as it was going to get.

Things kind of get vague in my memory, but I remember handing my bass to a the brother of the other guitarist who could play some bass and I played guitar. So we had things going again where we could finish out the gig, but at some point we were bouncing around and having fun when the sloshed brother on my bass trips ...
and let me try to get the domino effect in the right order:

He first gets some cords twisted around his leg, He falls into the drum set knocking cymbals and bits and pieces all over the place, then he tries to stand up, and immediately falls over again knocking over the guitar amp I'm playing through (and the beer that was sitting on top of it) The beer falls into the amp which immediately makes a horrible shreaking noise and smoke and sparks come flying out of it.
Everything just stopped. We were all (well except whats his name) standing there with our mouths open- Within the space of 10 seconds almost every thing on stage was knocked over or ruined.

I can still see it. Oh well, at least my bass survived the whole thing without a scratch!
We got paid for being entertaining at least...
