I did a search and couldn't find this per se...

People, now is your chance to remind us (or show us newbs) what amazingness failure can be on TalkBass!

My personal favorite probably has something to do with...

cleaning bile off of a bass

(Please don't lock me )

The few people that have bought basses, then they just stopped working.. they got on here, freaking out about their brand new bass from GC not working!

Then they were told to replace the battery, and it fixed it... I still laugh at those threads.

There was this thread where people made fun of each other, but then this Jordan dude posted in the thread. Well, sure enough, someone made fun of him, and he got his knickers in a twist and went running off to the powers that be...

It was failtastic!

^states the obvious.

Oooops,wrong thread.

My favorite (not) thing about TB is when you make a misstatement and then correct yourself, there will still be plenty of guys to make snarky comments about your missstatement.

This is a process I like to call "dogpile on the rabbit".

I think this bass should be refered to from now on as the "Chundercaster"

But that's the entire point of it! It should *probably* be somewhere like OT... but who cares? I still don't see why they haven't all gotten locked and we haven't all gotten banned for participation. Ah well, TB's cool for supporting fail.

Another big fail...

Letting me sign up...

Part two of said fail...

Letting anyone who wanted the name "Cyber Soda" sign up.

And therein lies its charm and appeal. When you're older and the world loses some of its brightness and newness, you'll understand.

...probably sometime after you figure out that girls don't really have cooties.

... I wish I had that giggle and high five image.

But in all seriousness, It's the only place I was comfortable with posting when I first started. The primary reason I'm able to post anywhere else is because I realized you guys didn't bite. I'm not a "manly man" and some people happen to hate that. Joking around is what I do best, and that's where I found it. Now sure, I could have gone somewhere else, but it was just so tempting!

I'm always amazed at how people will rush to praise and worship Paul McCartney, but in the same breath, will break their necks to bash the **** out of Gene Simmons whne their playing styles are exactly the same
