Nah, perfect pitch is when you toss an accordian into a dumpster and it hits a set of bagpipes!

Incidentally, I left my accordian in my car, unlocked, one day. I realized an hour later that the car was unlocked and came running back, but it was too late... there were three more accordians in the car.

Might it be a synonyme for "litter bin".
