+1 / Carrots button

Sign in to disble this ad
I saw a thread the other day on the +1 reply which was said to be a useless reply. I just wondered why talkbass don't have a +1 button so that we could gauge the importance of the reply.

I don't know if it requires lot of programming and/or bandwith. But I'm sure it would be a long process, but I think it would be worthy to have it.

Also, the carrots button who would be the equivalent of -1 maybe?

What he said!

It's a vBulletin board, I'm sure there are probably already addons for such things. It's just a case of "would it be worthwhile or just a gimmick"

Could put a "Quote +1" button beside the "Quote" button. It would automatically reply under your UN.

Just like a firearm, if you're not sure how to use it properly, you shouldn't.

They'll never tell you. It's some kind of secret or something.

On a related note, who was it that wanted to make that talkbass shirt design with a carrot playing a bass and the caption: "What's the best bass for metal"? I have a friend that screenprints and I want to rip off this idea...
