So today, 10 months since my Ford Escort got sent to its much needed but very badly timed death, and the truck I bought off of cragislist turned out to have more problems than a one legged duck with aids and adhd, I finally have a working truck once more. The transmission which had taken a dump and died is fixed after a few months of sitting around. All that is left is to replace the rear shocks, and replace the stereo to something waaaaaaaay better. AC would be nice, but it's not necessary.
But here's a warning to all Colorado TB'ers and anyone else who visits our beautiful state. Joe's back on the raod with a running vehicle, and glad to be there. Stay off the sidewalks and ditches!!! |
