11 Years of Talkbass...

The good the bad, the ugly, and the just plain bizarre, what are your favourite memories of this place?
some of mine are the photoshop threads, the mothman bass, and the $50 bass thread.

Selling my ipod to a tber who turned out to be somebody i work with and didnt realize it.
The fall of meev was quite epic.
Getting an instrument for life just by trading is really great.
Making many good friends.
Off topic is my home.

TB is great because we all have more than just music in common. Whats cool is that if i make a thread about something so odd that my friends cant relate in my life, i will find 10's of 100's of people who have done or do it here. Love it.

The day I heard of Tom Bowlus and his sacred stash...
I changed my sin from sloth to envy that very day.

The many legendary threads, the many legendary people who have vanished or are living testaments to their epicness, and all the cool people I have met in the last four years.

1) All the great people here I've bought and sold bassess and bass gear from and to.
2) OT NFL threads
3) Just the number of things I've learned here and then have been able to share with people who were in my situation when I was a fledgling noob.
