Washington to Tokyo in 2 hours...cool!!! | I don't think so. A plane that fast will burn fuel like crazy. A commercial sized plane would be incredibly expensive. Politics would hurt it too because Britain and France will remember all of the complaints about the Concord and it's sonic booms.
