But if they could learn from this then who knows where it might lead? I'm not even thinking about immortality, that's quite a stretch but from the perspective of slowing the aging process? Or if not even extending life but maybe somehow alleviating or slowing some of the effects of aging during an otherwise "normal" life-span... who knows.
