Went in for an oil change yesterday & came back with a green (literally) 2009 Toyota Prius. Love the back up camera, no key start, smart locks (just walk up to the car with the remote in your pocket) and the just over 50 mpg average in the first 120 miles. |

It's an alright car on it's own right, but a lot of the owners are completely self-righteous about it and think the Prius is the savior to our nation.

I would prefer a self righteous Prius driver over a "I will drive what I want" Hummer H1 driver getting 7 MPG. COULD be just as obnoxious but I am not going to make that generalization. |

I have a rant always ready about them.
But I'm afraid I will get banned because it can easily result in a flame war with a Prius owner. At least I realize my current car is polluting and unsafe to drive. |

I couldn't own a Prius personally, not cool looking or fast enough for me.

You can get in your car and drive a few meters from home before the engine stops, to find you left your keys in front porch

However, I think car manufacturers should be investing more money into the electric car and developing some decent batteries for it.
