They can be past or present.
Also, think about the relationship they would have together.
For me, they would be the following people:
1: Leslie, my incredible sister. She has drug me out of the darkest pits of my life, and we are still not only alive and siblings, but we coexist magnificently and have a wonderful relationship. I can talk to her about anything troubling me and she is always there, and she is also incredibly fun and enlightening to talk with about philosophy. I think she knows me better than anyone alive.
2: Dr. Ron Paul : A congressman from Texas, aged 72, and a former candidate for president. Without getting too political, he is in many ways a role model to me.
3: Thomas Jefferson (at age 73). My favorite founding father alongside Washington and, to me, one of the most intriguing men of his generation. He and my second guest would without doubt hit it off wonderfully. I would simply sit back and watch in awe.
4: Michael Manring : A man nothing short of a genius, at least musically. He delves into musical places others might not even dare not only on the bass guitar, but in music period. He is also an absolute gentleman, one of the genuinely nicest musicians I think I have ever discovered, and from what it seems, quite intelligent as well.

Nietzsche, Kant, Confucius and Descartes?
Actually I'd rather have four hot models and a large bag of coke. |
