I use Firefox, but I use Opera more. IMO it's better

I actually thought Firefox was the leader by now, at least in Finland. I haven't used internet explorer for ages. I don't want to use a virus target as a web browser. I'm not sure of it, but I think virus developers more often aim on microsoft's software than on other software.
Firefox is also the recommended browser at my work.

But anyways, FF is the nerd favorite around here, seen as a perfectly good browser alternative for the common user. Of course you create these kinds of numbers when you start to push the software to the bulk of the users (most of who don't know much about the computers), so it's on the IT department's responsibility. For example, at my university many of the computer hall machines have FF as a default browser on the desktop, IE being hidden in the menus.

I've been watching that since the start of 2006 and firefox is absolutely taking share from IE. I'd also consider it a genuine stat too rather than one influenced by any vendor.
