He obviously didn't regret the incident at all, and now he's got mo' "street cred" to his name. Yeah, spanking your kids is a horrible thing, regardless if it works or not! It's just a phase, right?

I would have beaten the crap out of him if i was his grandmother, your supposed to raise you children and be good role models, not be their friends and not let them get away with it |

This kid should be forced to work to pay it all off regardless that he's 7 years old. He knew what he did. |

It's bad enough that he cause a ton of damage, but he could have easily run someone down and killed them. And add insult to injury, the kid thinks that a weekend with no video games is a fair punishment!

I'm in favor of dropping any charges against her right now.

He learnt hisself a valuable life lesson. Now he can be free to express himself in other non-offensive ways. He's a 'lil valuable snowflake. I think you all are being terribly judgmental. I'm even more shocked and appalled at the violent reaction of the grand mother. Thank goodness the usually evil police were there to protect this little gentleman from her wrath!
Hopefully Child Protective Services will take him away from her, to save him any further threats of abuse.
