That was the same thing I thought! As a fat guy, I can tell you that no one will look like that bodybuilder consuming Dunkin' Doughnuts on a regular basis.

They look pretty natural to me. I go to the gym almost everyday and see some of those muscle heads.. No way Jose can you beef up like some of these guys do. Also they usually have a very very deep voice and horrible skin. Hint, hint.

These Japanese look all natural to me and that type of bodybuilding is quiet ok with me.

I am not a muscle head, the #1 muscle I work is my heart.
