My computer is about 10 years old w/XP, and wasn't running quite as fast as it used to - so I downloaded and ran the (easy to use) ASC software, and my computer is running noticeably faster now.
I just thought I'd pass this along to those of you that might need some computer revitalization. I also downloaded, and ran Smart Defrag2 (free also; check it out). Advanced SystemCare Free - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com
