Ok, my girlfriend's birthday is coming up soon, she'll be 27, and she happened to mention that she wants a stripper pole. I told her, unfortunately, that I would not be able to afford one by her birthday. Well, I lied, but only to throw her off track. I began my research earlier this week, and have found a few different options, now I'm stuck on which way to go.
Oh yeah, I should have mentioned (stripper pole content)
So, the first option is this: http://www.poleaerobicsworld.com/about.php
Its $89.99 + $9 s&h
The bonus to this one is that it comes with a workout DVD that'll show her some moves.
The second option is this: http://www.electrapole.com/about.php
Its endorsed by Carmen Electra, and that might carry a little weight in her liking it even more. Its $129.99 + $15 s&h
Looking into it a little more, it really doesnt seem to be any different than the above option, aside from its endorser, and it doesnt come with an instructional DVD (only an assembly DVD).
The third option, though a little more spendy, is this one: http://www.learnpoledance.com/privat..._pole_kit.html
Its $139.99 + $29 s&h and its main advantage, really, is that it comes in pink, and my girl loves pink. The feather boa and lace garter are a bonus as well, but nothing special really. The erotic dance instructional DVD may or may not be more interesting than the first options DVD, I dont know.
So, what do you guys think? All 3 options are within my budget, though of course if I go with the cheaper one I'll have more $ to indulge her even more.
Oh, did I mention I have the best girlfriend ever? Cuz I do.

Electrapole:
So the cheapest one is exactly the same as the middle one, but comes with a DVD? I think you can get away with saying that it's still the one Electra endorses.
Better yet, use the remaining money to have it painted pink. How's that?

Hmmm, maybe I should pioneer the North Pole

Id rather leave my dignity intact and get some without the comment.

I'm always suspicious of sites that do not show the product. All there is to see is a small picture of a photoshopped box.
Such presentation makes me feel like I'm staring at a box drawing, and I have to convince myself that it's the sheep inside I'll be receiving.

somewhat related funny picture:
Seriously though I'd go for option 2. The Carmen Electra Pole. It has that extra sex appeal to it.

As long as they don't fail during use, I don't see how you can go wrong with with either of the other two. You'll have to be the one to decide if pink is worth $50.
As always, pics will be required |

I dont know if the extra scratch is worth getting a pink pole. I contacted the seller and she said that its pretty much the same as the electrapole as well, but in pink.
I dont want to come off as cheap (because when it comes to gifts its the one time Im not) but Im thinking about going with option #1, as I dont see much of a benefit in either of the other options at this point.
