are there any? Besides Milk alternatives like soy milk and rice milk etc..
i herd applesauce is good for some cereals. I've witnessed somebody do it.
it sounds delicious actually.
what are the alternatives you know of?

I use "silk" organic soy milk. I love it. You can also use rice milk which is also quite good. Almond milk is very tasty. You can even make it yourself. Two cups ice cold water, one cup blanched (skinless) almonds and 4 dates (pitted) throw them altogether in a blender and let 'er rip. You should definitely use cold water as the blender actually warms up the almond milk or you can just put it in the fridge for a couple hours. Its cheap, deilcious and nutritious.
Also works well with walnuts.

I'll have to try that almond milk, I love cow's milk... but I also love cheap.
