Just that Since some time ago, I just can't control start weeping a little when a touching moment happens on a movie or on TV. Is not that before I was a cold-hearted moron, but now is just excessive. I don't remember an exact list, but the most remarkable happened at the end of Hachiko, another one was when reading some stories from "Chicken Soup for the Soul". The last one was with the end of this simpsons episode: And Maggie Makes Three - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

So, what do you think?

In all honesty, that episode is damn good.

But, no. You're just in touch with your feminine side.
And that's pretty cute.

It could be that you're not becoming a p***y, you have always been one- you're just losing the fight.

Testosterone production begins dropping off in your 20's. Then that pesky estrogen starts rearing its head.

You just need to be desensitized. Personal grief and large amounts of stress usually help, but if life just refuses to suck for you, try desensitizing yourself to movies.

Open Water:
This one is great for causing anxiety

Mystic River:
This one is good for just downright hopelessness

I Spit on Your Grave
(remake):
I wasn't going to include this at first because of its sort-of happy ending, but it is extremely shocking and uncomfortable to sit through. (and the end isn't really very happy by most standards)

Cannibal Holocaust:
This movie looks so real, it can cause nausea in the faint-hearted. (really!)

...And finally top the whole veiwing off with a Japanese flick that only gets 4 stars on imdb.com because it's pure hubris and kind of like psychological torture:

Grotesque

Hopefully these will shell-shock you into a burly man! Oh yeah, you'll need something for your eyes....... like this:

Nothing wrong with getting in touch with your ferminine side. I mean, if *I* had a feminine side I doubt I could stop touching it!

Don't feel bad, I've been watching The Waltons for a couple of months now, and I actually enjoy it. But then again, I'm 57, so I'm allowed to get a bit emotional at times. Nothing wrong with showing a little emotion, after all we're only human!

I, personally, am of the opinion (being an emotional man myself) that having your eyes well up at something that really touches you doesn't make you a wuss or lily-livered, etc. Sting (who's someone I quite admire) talked about being 'in touch with your feminine side' once and I agree with that, and he is one guy who is as far from a wuss as you can imagine. Joni Mitchell's Hejira album is an example of something that touches me enough to put a tear in my eye.

It's funny when there are guys that take it to the extreme, putting sunglasses to "hide" it
