Am I the only person who hates hair cuts?!?!?

Sign in to disble this ad
I got my hair cut recently and it SUCKS! I went from having hair that went down to below my jaw to having Prince's hair do. I look like a white, slightly fuller faced version of Prince minus the beauty mark! The hair dresser was pretty good lookin for a married lady(I think she was in her mid or late 30's). I guess it was my fault that I look like this though. I willingly agreed to get a hair cut.

I'm right there with you man. I don't plan on getting an honest to God haircut ever again. I'll keep it nice, and get a slight trim (no more than an inch) if absolutely necessary but other than that I like the hair on my head and I plan on keeping the vast majority of it where it is for the foreseeable future. Of course, I'll keep the beard n' stache in check seeing as, for me, both of them grow in like a grade school kids teeth, slowly and crazy as hell.

I don't have a beard yet(I'm 15), but I do have a mustache.

Oh no. You need to shave that stash off right now.

It's not that noticeable. I have the mustache that French waiters do in the movies. My Papa used to have the same kind of mustache I do, but he let it turn into a full upper lip deal.

I can't stand it if the hair on my head gets longer than half an inch. It drives me nuts. I guess I just don't like having hair. I keep it trimmed as short as possible.

Conversely, I stopped shaving my face in October, because I'm tired of having to shave all the time. Now I just have to trim my beard once a month.

Take the advice if you plan on having sex ever in high school. Shave it.

I never liked haircuts, so I haven't bothered with one since the early 90s.

+1.

My dad taught me to shave when I had a face full of peach fuzz and a poorly grown mustache at 15. Why? Because it looked terrible!

Shave it off!

My dad forces me to get a hair cut. This is the first one I willingly accepted.

Trust me. I ain't getting laid any time soon. Most of the chicks at my school are crazy and the ones I do like are growing farther and farther apart from me. I would have had a chance with em in middle school but I didn't have feelings for em back then.

I hate haircuts, but I get them any time I feel like my hair is getting out of hand (between once a month and once every other month).

I also hate to shave, so usually I go with the beard trimmer on the lowest guard setting to knock just enough stubble off to keep the boss and 'rents happy. The good part of my mostly Irish heritage is that almost all of my beard is blond or red-brown so it isn't too dark or noticeable.

I love the process of getting a haircut. I've always liked it. Feels good to me and I find it relaxing to just sit and go brain dead for a while. Now I go to Sport Clips and get the massaging shampoo as well. Revoke my man card if you must.

While I don't follow you on the hair part (I have long-ish hair now, and plan on growing it out again), you and I are on the same wavelength when it comes to shaving - right down to the Luck 'o the Irish chippin' in

Kool. My Nana's parents and ancestors are from a Celtic back ground(Irish or Scotish). All my Papa's ancestors are all from Italy. And all my dads ancestors(starting at great grand parents) are Germanic or Dutch.

I'm interning in a medical field, and I have to look professional, or at least close enough to pass off as a professional. Shirt and a real tie, decent looking shoes, slacks or khakis, any tattoos would have to be covered, etc.

All of my Father's side is from Scotland or Wales and most of my mother's side is Irish with one full Cherokee grandparent, so I've got a pretty good bit of Celtic heritage.
