Amazed by Customer Service..

... well it took me a while to call, because usually, like most of you think, customer service is a pain in the @$$.

So, this evening I called US Music to replace the gain potentiometer on my Eden amp. So, sounds like the potentiometer is 3.50 $, well okay, I thought it would be at least 15 $. Then the guy asks for my address but I live in Canada.. Ends up, since I live in Canada and the border taxes are a pain in the ass, he's sending out the piece for free.

Sweet, I had some great help from Genz Benz. I've got an old amp, clearly not under warranty, and got connected with an actual service repairman who helped me diagnose the problem. It turned out to be something I could fix for free.
