My mom used to make us drink that stuff straight up every morning for no apparent reason. Uck! But I see you are taking the capsules...good form

| | Registered User | | Join Date: Apr 2010 Location: Gainesville, FL | | Coffee and a fried-egg sandwich, my dad's "recipe": lightly toast two pieces of the bread of your choice (this morning it was pumpernickel-rye swirl). Melt 1/2 tsp. butter in a small nonstick frying pan. Crack in one egg. Let it set, then break the yolk and swirl it around. Flip the egglette once it sets. Mayo on one slice of bread, ketchup on the other. Fold egg onto bread, sandwich up, and eat.
It rules; don't knock it 'til you try it.
