Mayo on one slice of bread, ketchup on the other. Fold egg onto bread, sandwich up, and eat.

Omelet: 2 free range chicken eggs, straight from farmer, w/ raw milk cheddar, fresh salsa from our garden (Bulgarian Carrot chilis, Anaheim chilis, tomatoes, ground cherries, shallots, lemon basil, lime juice, apple cider vinegar). Cooked in cast iron, first on stove top, then in broiler. |
