Smile Anti-Scrooge Thread: Share your Christmas Decoration Pics & Stories

I've seen a few "Bah Humbug" threads pop up and if that's where you are, that's cool. In MY house, we are really into the Christmas spirit and like always, we're enjoying the season. It's only my wife and I and we aren't exchanging expensive gifts. We have however, been to a bunch of concerts and have hung out with some good friends.

We've been listening to Christmas music every chance we get and we've been watching all of the TV specials. We also decorated the house for the holidays -- check out the pics below. Additionally, my son will be with us all next week and that will be great. We'll definitely be going to Church together on Christmas day.

I happen to believe that "The Christmas Spirit" is inside of all of us and like everything else, you get out of it what you put into it and we always decide to give it our all.

Merry Christmas, everyone!

My usual response is "A couple of Bah's and a Humbug to go. Easy on the Fa La La's"

But that thing in the kitchen is just cool.

Here's a daytime shot. The tree was done, but I had more work to do on the village when I took this pic. Oh well, you get the idea.

Great thread concept! I have no pics(yet)but found a large pile of interior lights. I'm also very grateful this year as we very nearly lost my 87-yr-old father some weeks ago- he's since had all but a miraculous recovery. OK, no more *heavy*
Pics later, after I do something w/all the lights I found.

This is a really dark and unclear cell phone photo of the wrapping job my boy and I did last Christmas. He had a lot of tattoo magazines lying around so we cut it all up and made collages into wrapping
