Any Chinese food culinarists around?

Okay, this menu is obviously a source of much spontaneous hilarity because of the absurd translations, but I'd really like to know what kind of dishes these actually are:

"Nepoleon fries the idea powder"
"Thousand enrich the special features three text cure"
"The water is as well"
"Elder brother the ground is second"
"The red double is pleased"

Most of these Chinese restaurants actually use online translators that mess up the names of the dishes. You can check out icanhascheezburger's engrish section to see what I mean.

They used to use horse pee to treat the duck eggs to turn them into this.
