Any leaplings on TalkBass?

(Had to look for the English word because never used it before)

Just curious about this after a conversation with a friend. Anybody here who was born on a February 29th? If so, when do you celebrate your birthday on non-leap years (*)? It's been three leap years since I joined TalkBass and haven't noticed any birthdays that day, but most likely I've missed them. Thank you in advance for your input!

*: In my opinion, it should be on March 1 (the day after February 28), but maybe there are other reasonings behind that.

I used to joke that it's so sad that leap year babies die so young...

I personally know 4. Three of which that were in my graduating class. What are the odds?

My dad's uncle was born on feb 29th.

He celebrated his 21st Birthday (84th) just a couple years back!

I knew a kid in grade school that was born on leap year.
I've never met anyone else born on that day.
