Main reason I went with them went I started biking.
My first real MTB , (C'Dale M800) I bought back in 96' broke it two times , been replaced two times , still have it today.
Now in a form of a 2005 CAAD4. If it breaks again , they'll change it for whatever frame is up that year. As long as I still hold on to that original receipt.

Not sure how, but after manualing over a curb-sized lip, the rear end launched me over the bars- I took it all on the face. Pics later- cant do it via iPad. Rung my bell- was watching for signs of concussion

The face has healed up nicely- a dollop of natural petroleum jelly(left over from kids' diaper days)after showers, when the abrasion is wet & I am babybuttfaceman.
