My nephew has started diving for his swim team. I would like advice on getting him a book or DVD on the techniques of diving. Thanks!

I was a springboard diver back when Klaus DiBiasi and Phil Boggs were the pinnacle, so I'm no help on the instructional DVD front.
Diving is 50% mental attitude and lack of fear. Good luck to him.
