Almost 3 years strong... I've been stepping outside and away from work to vape. Except on brutally cold or wet days, when I linger in the bathroom to vape instead

Nice! I'll post a pic of my gear after the battery charges, and I clean up my desk.

Where do you get supplies, and more importantly, where to get mixing instructions?

RTS Vapes is a good, one source location.

http://www.rtsvapes.com/

Flavoring is cheaper here:

If I like the results I'll get bulk PG/VG from Essential Depot.

There are tons of instructions online.

Anyone want to recommend me a new 510 battery? My first twist just crapped out on me, and the second doesn't look too far behind #1.

my white 1000mah twist fried a couple of weeks ago, and both of my 1100mah kgos died shortly thereafter.
granted, i did drop the twist a lot. it was my all day battery for 7 months. the kgos died from too low Ω for too long ... the regulation circuit just couldn't handle that many amps.

bang for the buck - a Vamo, at around $55, will get you variable voltage and variable wattage.

vapors-choice still have 1000mah twists for 22$.

i am a fan of the ego 18650 tubes, for my 2Ω tanked cartos. just don't use a genesis atty on them, they can't handle the shorts. i had to order a pair of replacement heads after frying my first head.

I grabbed another set of the Twists. Mine made it 4 months for the pair, but I was fairly rough on them. I've been researching what all I did wrong, so I can keep this set in a little bit better shape.

My mini GLV2 have been rock solid performers for just over 2 years straight. Dropped, kicked, and drowned from time to time... never skipped a beat.

I think after this pair, I'll be looking into some mod batteries and maybe some carto tanks. I was able to save the pair of twists after some emergency surgery on the pins about two weeks ago, but I dropped one. The other just hasn't acted right. I've tried moving the center pin, charging it, screwing the battery on just to contact, etc. I actually broke down and bought a pack of smokes to hold me out till the new pair gets here on Friday.

Has anyone been able to bring vape gear as a carry on while flying?

1 year on the wagon!

Many thanks to all my vaping friends here, today marks 1 year tobacco free. Vaping has cut out any thoughts of relapsing or even taking the occasional puff off a tobacco cig. Man I wish these things has been invented years earlier!

Thirteen months for me almost. I have had a few drags here and there just to see and it tastes awful. Agreed, vaping makes life easy.

I've successfully taken an eGo/clearomiser combo on a plane (and successfully used it in the toilets - made the flights for our trip to Australia last year bearable). It'll pretty much just show up the same as a battery on the X-ray. A big mod like a Provari or Lavatube might look a bit suspicious though. Probably best to put one of those in the checked baggage to be on the safe side.

I initially thought that the thread title was a typo/bowdlerization of "Any smokers switch to fapping yet?" and that it was going to be a thread about addiction displacement.
