So I was Youtubing to get ready for a sub gig I'm playing and one of the songs was "Gone Gone Gone" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8x78Fm4CMWQ
I love the song, but Holy Hannah is Alison looking F-I-N-E! I've never seen her look so good and, well, "flirty". Really, really appealing.
Of course, her being uber talented doesn't hurt either.
Anyone else a fan? |

Absolutely.
She also has (to me) one of the most beautiful voices I have ever heard.

She also plays off male voices like no one else I've ever heard in duet situations. Listen to "Killing the Blues" (with Robert Plant who actually sounds incredibly like Chris Isaak on that track) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H48TJA_vSk0
also "Whisky Lullaby" (with Brad Paisley) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z89hQwdxqHY
to see what I mean. |

| Watch the "Gone Gone Gone" video. To me, that's where she goes from "attractive" to "hot".
Maybe it was just uber Celt-Cock Rock god Robert Plant pulling something out of her, but... in that video, wow. |

I've always thought that if Dolly Parton had control and consistency, she would sound like Alison Krauss.

Seriously, I hear a lot of similarities between the two. And she(AK)is definitely hot. I wish she had a big ol' Italian nose rather than the snubbie, but to paraphrase Maki- I've done worse.
