not that particular model, but I have a relatively basic flip phone made by them. I would absolutely not recommend their brand to anyone based on my experiences with this product.

I have had previous sony ericsson phones and wouldn't hesitate to reccomend them to someone, and not to slate your opinion but the worlds "basic flip phone" are jumping out at me in your post.

If you are getting a new phone, definitely have a look at the LG Renoir. I got one last week and I'm very happy with it. The touchscreen took a couple of days to get used to, but now I'm using it like I've had it my whole life.

The thing is, I have the sony ericsson c905, and it is a really great phone, but on mine the bit that you slide up and down seem like it might break easily so i want another phone with wifi (very important) and a decent camera.

What is the LG renoir camera like? does the lens have a cover?

8 megapixels. I realise that it is 0.1 less than the c905, but...

Good quality. Give me 5 mins and I'll upload a couple of pics I've taken. It does have a lens cover. It's one of the ones where you spin a disc that goes around the lens, and those things that look like docking bay doors off Star Wars open and expose the lens.

Here are 3 photos I've taken with my Renoir. I haven't done anything to them - I didn't change any camera settings, I haven't edited them or anything. I just opened the lens cover, pointed it in the right direction and pressed the button.

The last one isn't amazing, but whatever.
