If you like that, you should really try falcon 4.0 allied force, it's on a completely differend level of realism. But beware, if you go with full realism, you'll really need to read and understand the 760 page manual. Just starting the plane up is a undertaking that takes longer than missions on basic FPS games.. But most of all, it has a true dynamic campaing, meaning that you plan the missions, and everything affects everything making it a nice strategy game at the same time. It's brilliant because it's just not mission after mission, but instead every decision you make and your ability to carry out those decisions decides what is going to happen next and the war goes on all the time, all over the big map. It's pretty old too, so it runs well on older computers. Just make sure you get the allied force edition, it's updated, less buggy and still costs next to nothing these days.
Or, if you have a superb computer and are even more obsessed with realism, try DCS: black shark. But it will bring most computers and players to their knees pretty quickly.
