Anybody know anything about Monarch Knives?

I was going through my grandpa's toolbox who died in 2001, and I found a Monarch 2212 Knife. It has a brown handle, and two blades.

Anybody know when this was made or any info on it?

I wouldn't. I inherited his Colt .45 from WWII when he died. So I'd take both.
