Anyone Buying Fallout 3 this week?

When the original came out I played this game for weeks, months, years, even... I Bought Fallout 2 the day it was announced (preorder). Bought Fallout Tactics the day it came out. Is anyone else exited about Fallout 3 or am I the lone nerd here...

I'm pretty stoked. My roommate is trying to get me to buy it so he can play it. It's going to be a busy week so that won't happen. I keep bringing up that he doesn't have Fable 2. He's pretty nerdy so he starts weeping about that.

Yup, after the disappointment that was Farcry 2 I need a pick me up. Ive read a lot of reviews and watched all of the videos on Steam and it looks like its going to be a really good game.

Are you going to buy the disk or just download it?

Yes, I'll be getting it but now I'm knee deep in Dead Space and Far Cry 2...and Fable 2 is still sitting on my shelf. I'll get Fallout 3 though, along with Left 4 Dead, Gears 2 and COD5.

I've been playing 1 and 2 since I was a wee lad. So yes.

But I really hope this runs on my computer...Bioshock wouldn't...

I love Elder Scrolls, so Bethesda is in good with me.

I am not 100% sure whether it would work on my computer would run it well (never thought I'd game on this laptop, so I got something that would handle more of what I run and don't have a crazy graphics card), and my Xbox 360 is back home.

I dig Far Cry 2. I can see why some people have gripes with it, it's very jarring and relentless at first until you get your hands on some decent guns...then the tides turn and you become the 24 hour mercenary!

As for GoW3...Gears of War 3? Why did you buy a Playstation to play Microsoft's flagship title?
