Is anyone else invincible to hangovers?

It's really strange, I've been passed out/puking... beyond pleasantly drunk. Every morning, fresh as a daisy. Well, I'll be a little dry, but after a glass of water, I'm typically fine. I've had a slight headache before, but the way people talk, hangovers are suppose to be crippling.

People say it's gonna catch up with me one of these days, but it's rare that I drink, and even rarer that I'm THAT messed up. Plus, my dad (who was an avid bowler: read, avid drinker... ) said he never got hangovers, and he made it to be about 50. That's pretty good.

Anyone else? Is it my Viking blood? It's pretty awesome is all I know.

I used to be invincible to hangovers when I was an eighth grade drunk.

I am definitively not. I seem to never forget anything, and a hangover headache is unknown to me, but on the other hand, the morning after a bender I always wake up to my internal organs practicing a musical rendition of the Vietnam War.

I'll pass on something my doctor told me... Acid reducer/blocker type medications such as Prilosec, Nexium, etc have an unintended side affect when taken regularly... hangover prevention.

It works. For me, anyway.

Only if I'm skipping beer, red wine and whisky (and tobacco!!) and stick to various drinks instead...

Invincible?? Well seeing as how I've had my fair share of hangovers and they haven't killed me, I'm going to go with yes. Yes I am invincible to the hangover.

Invulnerable? Well that's a whole nother word all together now aint it?

I've never had one.

I've also never drank more than three beers in one night. One gets me drunk, two puts me on the floor and three...I don't know if I remember that night.

Still, never had a hangover! And I'm a cheap date!

if i drink light beer im invincible, when i drink non-light, im doomed unless i drink about 6 glasses of water. I've notice this since i switched from Bud Light to Budweiser .

Your alcohol tolerance WILL change with age. I can drink a lot more than I used to on a regular basis and still feel okay the next morning, but as soon as I cross-over a certain point (which you never know until after you get past that point) recovery takes a LOT longer than it used to.

I wouldn't call 50 "pretty good". That's still pretty young.

For me, Bud is instant hangover beer. Not to mention it doesn't really taste very good. I could have just 2-3 of those and I feel like garbage the next day. Lots of preservatives in them.
