It's a day for shoe threads.
I just bought these things. Skecher Shape-ups. Will give a review when they arrive. I tried them on in a store and they felt kinda cool, but waited to get home to order them online for a better price... which I got. I think they're supposed to give me a nicer ass after wearing them for a month. http://www.amazon.com/Skechers-Mens-...506412&sr=1-10 |

(tho I do have a pretty bitch'in ass already)

I'm not really getting them to shape up. I'm already in slammin shape. Getting them to see if they help with my knees and ankles which aren't in such slammin shape from working them so hard to get the rest of my body into the slammin shape it's presently in. And cuz I like the way they look. They actually resemble creepers a bit. |

They're great for leg and back problems, but aren't the "workout in a shoe" as advertised. I didn't buy them for that, and understand fitness, so that didn't bother me.
I like them!

Originally Posted by Gopherbassist Have you tried glucosamine? Especially in liquid form the stuff works wonders. | Did. Spent hundreds on it and it didn't do anything. My problems actually got worse while I was taking it. I think I might be onto something with peanuts though. When I don't eat em, I feel lots better. When I eat lots of them or peanut butter (as I have lately and in the past year) things get pretty bad. I know glucosamine works for many people, but I'm done throwing my money away on it. Actually going for a good checkup in a couple of weeks and I'm going to see what the doc has to say. I don't generally trust mds, but I like where I'm going. These doctors volunteer their time (it's an actors union benefit I got grandfathered into a few years back), and genuinely care about the patients they see. |

But since you are doing it for ergonomic/comfort reasons, I understand, I actually have pretty bad knees and a bad back. |

Got em yesterday. They feel awesome actually. I just wasn't expecting this... woke up this morning and had to snap a shot. I didn't think they'd work this fast. Damn.
Gonna have to readjust my bass strap. |
