Anyone good/fluent with German?

Can anyone spell out what he says in German at 00:36? I used to be a German student in high school but I can't remember how to spell what words he is saying.

Also, ignore the subtitles. They're not the real ones from the movie. Someone did a parody about a game or something.

He says, "Rührt euch.", which is "at ease" or "stand at ease" in English.

One of my favourite scenes is the famous, "I'm not in the condition to..."
Always had to laugh about that.
