Anyone know how to redirect a domain name?

I purchased a domain last night that I want to have redirected to a myspace page but I'm clueless. Help?

Go to the site where you purchased the domain and they will have a forwarding option you can purchase. It's a few bucks a year.

I called them earilier. They said they couldn't do it unless the site I wanted to redirect it to was hosted by them. I want to redirect it to a myspace page.

??? Never heard of that. In fact, I've done exactly that before....redirected to a myspace page. You may want to call and get a second person on line and/or see if they were only referring to free redirects. They must be willing to take a few bucks a year for the service.
