Anyone local to Burr Ridge, IL? Ebay help!

So I normally have great interactions on ebay but I had a problem with my last one.

I sold a new in box He-Man toy to a fellow in Burr Ridge IL and when he received it he gave me good feedback. Then a day later he emailed me to tell me that the box had been opened at one point and then glued shut and that it had obviously been out of the box before. Now since it had been purchased from ebay previously I have no verification that this is true but the guy seems really nice so I agree to refund him and he needs to ship the toy back.

I should have waited to get the item back BUT there was an open dispute on my account which was blocking me from listing more items on ebay and we all know that Paypal would rip the money from my account anyway and I was trying to be nice. I refunded him he thanked me and then after a week of not seeing the toy returned I emailed him. Nothing....email again...nothing. I contact Paypal and they say there is nothing they can do but they send him an email and also call him on the phone. Nothing. So I reinvoice him, file a complaint with ebay and wait.

Honestly all I want is the item back. Is anyone local to this area that can pick it up for me? I will happily shoot you the cash to ship it and give you a 50% discount off of my cost for any TI strings you like.

Also if you don't live in the area but know someone that does that would be a big help. I would really like to get my stuff back. I am thinking of notifying his local police but not sure if they would do anything about it.
