Anyone not doing anything this Halloween?

I just decided to stay home and watch my 1 year old son look really stinkin' cute in his little monster outfit and hand out candy to kids. My wife hung with me for a while and then took Owen, our son, in to get a bath. I could have done some playing tonight but I think it was better that I just had some family time and hung with the boy. Man he's cute! I'll get some pics up as soon as I get them downloaded from my camera.

Home with my wife and 5 month old son and handing out candy after doing a very short trick or treat session to some neighbor friends and local family. Here's my kid in his costume:

Trolling Talkbass and doing some recording I've been putting off.

What's worse is that its my birthday too and I don't even care. Man...I'm getting old and boring.

I'm in college--my suite is hosting a halloween party but I'm sick. Went to Health Services today and they think I have either strep throat, mono, or possibly both. So I'm sitting out sipping ginger ale and being feverish while everybody else is drinking and having a great time.

I'm doing zilch. When I get the motivation I'll get off my butt, grab my 4-string and finish off a song I've been writing.

I declined a lucrative gig running sound for a live show tonight because of a cool Halloween party I wanted to attend.

The party got canceled three days ago, because so many among the invited were going to go to see my friends' band play a strip club in Bettendorf, Iowa.

So I made plans to go with everyone to see the show.

The show got canceled, yesterday.

No paid job. No cool Halloween party. No live rock show with naked chicks everywhere.

My 15 year old daughter went out trick or treating with her friends (so I assume she's throwing TP in someone's trees and kicking over pumpkins as I type this).

spent the evening @ the in-laws with the wife, her cousin (she turned 23 today), the aunt, sis-in-law and my future bro-in-law.

We ate chili and ice cream cake... drank some coffee and came home.

Just chillin' at home for now. But college means two costume parties.

Cool. Getting drunk in costume.

Better than the times I've gotten drunk and wound up in costume
