What's the source? If it's a modern person making up a latin phrase, then that would be it. If it's something from the Roman era, then probably not.

It's likely a bad attempt at translating the idiom "just how we roll", with "Lustus" a mistake for "Iustus", which means "just, righteous, honorable", etc. "Volvo" means "I spin, tumble", etc., but the 1st person plural would be "(nos) volvimus". As it stands, the sentence lacks meaning.
