Going through a hassle with a service upgrade to DOCSIS 3 Basically upgrading to RR's new Wideband service which uses DOCSIS 3. TWC is insisting on a truck roll which includes an install fee, and use of their mode/router. I have my own DOCSIS 3 compatible modem which works, it's just a matter of getting Tier 3 support to provision the MAC address.
