Do you? Or do you prefer the modern convenience of a leaf blower? I personally use a strategic combination of both.

Use a rake and leave some leaves to feed your lawn with by using a mulching mower.

I've always found racking to be one of the least labor intensive yard chores anyways. Do people really need gasoline powered engines to put leaves in a flippin' pile?

And as I said earlier, electric leaf blowers are a good alternative to gas ones.

My local township runs more leaf collection than snow plowing. I'm not opposed to throwing the odd pitchfork in here and there, either.
