You may have heard of the weaved bacon cheese roll. Well I have too, so I decided it I had to give it a go myself.
I followed the basic steps given from this website http://www.holytaco.com/if-i-die-bac...-it-be-because
All I had at my disposal were middle bacon rashers, not the type shown in the pictures I was going off, so I had to do a little improvisation. I used 3 Rashers cut in half.
Next it was in the oven at 200C
Here it is after the first stage of cooking. I had to drain the oil off, there was so much oil.
After this, I covered the weave with cheese and smokey BBQ sauce, then rolled it up. Not so easy to do.
Back in the oven until the cheese was melted, then serve it up on a plate.
It was amazing.
Didn't really take that long at all, If you got the bacon, and the guts give it a go. |

Also, what do you call rashers of bacon over in the US. And what does it look like? A whole new world of bacon, amazing!

I am assuming the bacon exteriors are stuffed with fresh turtle meat?
