Back Pain!!!

Sign in to disble this ad
Hi all, I just want to say this is my first post and nice to meet ya'll!

Ok, I have a simple question. I want to know where most bassists experience back pain. I guess I want to know if it affects the same area of the back on everyone.

Mine is down in the hip area where the spine and hip connect on the left side, and it sucks.

So let us know where it hits you.

MadMatt.

exercise, stretch, drink plenty of fluids. There's no reason why 9-12 lbs on your back for 2 hrs at a time should cause significant pain.

Just some advice to all you youngsters. Never complain about back pain in front of your girlfriend's parents.
