Is "bacon" the new "carrots" TalkBass?
I'm noticing an sense of obsession towards bacon creeping around here on TalkBass.......everywhere you look, someone is talking about bacon!
Will "bacon" be the new "carrots" in the polls?
Will the TB community switch from healthy bunny food as an icon to something meaty and greasy?
Am I the only one noticing this porky trend? |

Of course, we could risk alienating the veggies, jews and muslims. |

The carrots option denotes a non-interest, or lack of passion about a particular subject. If someone were to find Bacon non-interesting or feel dispassionate about Bacon, I would have a very general root vegetable type of response to such an individuals opinion. Bacon = Win
Carrots = Fail

I propose that anytime Bacon is mentioned, it must be capitalized and in bold.
Thusly: Bacon
