Bad ebay transaction

I bought an item about a month ago. Paid instantly through Paypal. It was shipped pretty quickly and had no issues. No problems, so I forget about it. Yesterday, I recieve notice that an unpaid item claim has been filed against me for that item.

I was smokin' mad. I send nasty grams and a print screen of the transaction details. Why would someone ship an item that has not been paid for? Later, I get an email saying that Paypal was withholding funds until I provide positive feedback for that transaction.

Didn't think about it. Lots of people don't leave feedback for me, and I never had a problem. No pay/no ship!

Are you communicating with the seller or PayPal? If it's PayPal (unless you have a rep, which is a godsend) you might as well be talking to a wall.
