Oh man.... I liked that site. I hope it hasn't crashed. I did get an email from the admin saying something about FUBAR.

I believe it's gone for good. Joe is off on some DJ site and the regulars started a yahoo group.

Without going into too much detail, Joe had some problems come up and couldn't keep the site running. We were trying to come up with a way to keep it going, but obviously ran out of time before the site went down.

Here's a link to the yahoo group. We started this only so that we wouldn't lose contact with most of the members but we didn't get many joining before the site went down.

BassNutz was a nice little community. It was different than other sites and had some nice people.

This yahoogroup is really only a quick solution until the old members decide if they want to start a new one or not.

Thanks for the link Fred. I was trying to reach Funkster and
Sloom to ask about it.

I called Joe numerous times, but he is not responding to calls.

you can say that again!

I'll have to add.... the person that said "Money cannot buy happiness" must have been either poor or a genuinely miserable person!!!! The only time my life gets on a down is when I've got money ills.

Was another bass forum kinda like talkbass, but was smaller. Joe Turksi, a guy who was on TB a lot started it and had a few people from here help him get it going.

Thanks for that link to the Yahoo group. We were trying to get a member list together but I guess that's pretty much gone the way of the dinosaur.
